Data entry help can be used to assist your users as they proceed through your form. Each response button can have its own help window associated with it, or you can have a stand-alone help button.

Creating your help text:

  1. Select View | Data entry help. In the help text window, select File | New to create a new help file.
  2. Type your help message in the Compose help window and select File | Save when you are finished.
  3. You must create all of your help messages in this area before you apply them to your buttons or response sets.
