Format: Font

Changing the font and color in questions and Tool buttons

To change the font and color of text in the main Form Design window, you need to first select the object and click on Format | Font from the top menu bar or right click on the text and select Font from the pop-up menu. This will bring up the Font window, where you can specify several things.

Changing the font and color of Response Buttons

To do this, you cannot just select the response set on the Form Design page. Select the question or response and then select Response | Modify Response to get the Compose responses window first. Select a button, and then select Font. Note that you can change both the Text color and the background color of the response buttons.

Be sure to save your button modifications before you exit the Compose responses window or your changes will not take effect. If you want to save your original response set buttons, save the modified response set buttons under a different name.

Note: Make sure you use background colors that will not interfere with the button text. Not all colors will appear solid on all computers - make sure to test your form on a variety of computers before you use UFill or SurveyWin 4.2 to distribute a form.
