SURVEYWin allows you to password encrypt your database to ensure that sensitive information is not compromised.
The password option allows only those with the correct password to access the entire database. Anyone who does not have the password will not be able to view or edit data.
The Master key option allows you to specify another password to access your data. If a password is provided in the Password option also, there will be two possible passwords that may be used to access your data. Anyone without these passwords will be unable to view or manipulate any data.
The User Name option permits the UFill program to create an executable survey that requires the user to enter a User Name (and optionally a password) to access the survey. If this feature is allowed, setting it up will be done in UFill. The option must be selected if the Allow Bookmark option is used.
Remember the last page at the time of saving. The Allow Bookmark option permits the UFill program to create an executable survey that allows a user to leave a survey or form unfinished and later resume where they left off. This option is extremely useful when filling out an extensive form. If this feature is allowed, setting it up will be done in UFill. For special cases, it is possible to set the bookmark to return the user to a specific page.
