This new on-line application uses web-based technology to automate and replace the paper-based process used in previous years. The survey is intended to identify organizational, occupational, and individual training needs.

Headquarters Program Area Representatives will manage the process for their respective organizations, in all locations, and identify the Points of Contact who are responsible for completing the survey.
