View - Query List

The query is a list of current queries to select from. When you select an item in the query list, the data in the current plot is limited to the scope of the records satisfying the query, instead of the entire database. If you have not yet composed a query, clicking on View Query List will prompt you to compose a query, then you can continue with these instructions.

To filter results of a plot using a query:

1. Select View Query List to display the query list, if it is not already visible.
2. Click the plot on the report page that you want to change.
3. Select a query.

Note on which plots are affected:

• If you click on To All in the Select Query window then all plots on the current report page will be changed to the selected question.
• If you click on To current in the Select Query window then only the selected plot will change when you choose a question from the list.
