File - Open Form

The most common type of files to generate reports from are EZSurvey form definition files (.ezf or .frm) or SurveyWin project files (.prj). EZReport can also generate reports from tab and comma delimted files.

If you open an EZSurvey form definition file or SurveyWin project file the corresponding database file, with the same name, will be opened automatically. Otherwise you will be prompted for its location. Once you have selected the appropriate form and data files you can begin creating reports.

To open a form or project file:

1. On the File menu click Open Form or use the keyboard combination Ctrl+O and select an EZSurvey form file.
2. Click Open.
