Advanced Tutorial - Online Reporting

When you publish a web form by selecting Publish Create web form, the Web form setup screen has four options in the bottom-right corner.

Show a report of the respondent’s answers

This option shows only the answers from the current users form. When a user goes through the form and presses the Finish button or Submit button, they are immediately taken to this report page. It shows the user a report of the answers they just submitted.

Show a summary statistics report

This option shows an aggregate report of all users answers. Users, administrators, or anyone can view this page. When you publish for the first time, select Generate a new report. When this option is selected, a report template will be created when you publish your form. If you publish your form a second time, you do not have to select Generate a new report again.
