When you publish a web form with EZSurvey, an instruction page will give you a URL to direct your respondents to.

However, you may wish to create an introductory page where you explain why you asked your respondents to take the survey. Explain what the results will be used for, and give a brief overview of the survey including how long they should expect it to take. This also has the advantage that instead of directing your respondents to the long URL string with all the extra information, you direct them to a more familiar URL and embed the long URL in a hyperlink. This may not work with ID and password tracking.
