Publish Menu - Create a Text/HTML Email Form

This function allows you to send text and HTML surveys with email.

Instructions:

  1. Open a survey form (.EZF) file.

  2. Select Publish Create a text/HTML email form. The Web site configuration window opens.

  3. Configure the web site you are using for the survey and select Close. The Web form setup window will open. While you don't actually need a web site to conduct an email survey, you need to specify several settings. For more details, see the How to article linked below.

  4. After you have set the Web site Configuration options select OK. The Mail message window will open.

  5. Select the HTML option to apply HTML formatting to the survey.

  6. Select the Send button to send the survey.
