Publish Menu - Create a Text Email Form

The Create a Text Email Form command converts your survey to text and prepares to send it via email.

If EZSurvey generates a message saying that your questions are too similar to import correctly, go to Questions Re-number questions, save the form and proceed with emailing.

Instructions:

  1. Open a survey form (.EZF) file.
  2. Make sure you have setup your email settings. See Select your email system.
  3. Select Publish Create a text email form. The Mail message window appears, showing the text of the survey.
  4. Enter the recipients email address and click Send to send the survey.

Collect Responses:

To collect responses, select Download Email Data Now.
