Survey Taker

Edit Menu - Survey Taker

To obtain the Survey Taker plugin, you must request it from Raosoft, Inc. When you run Survey Taker.exe, it will install the plugin to the EZSurvey/rsrc directory. You must restart EZSurvey then you will see Survey Taker on the Edit menu.

Activate Survey Taker on a project by going to it and selecting Add Survey Taker. You must then publish the web form. Survey Taker uses client side JavaScript to fill out the form so you must open a web browser to start it.
