E-Mail - Receive Email

EZSurvey can receive any email message. However, only messages that contain survey data conforming to the email setup conditions will be processed.

Method 1:

  1. Open your project and select Publish Download email data now
  2. If the email downloads but does not import you may select Utilities Import email message files and select the message files that were downloaded.

Method 2:

  1. Select Email Read incoming data now from the main EZSurvey menu. A small window will appear and remain active while EZSurvey imports new mail files.
  2. After all the new messages are processed, the readmail.log file will appear in a window. This file details the events of the read process. Messages containing survey data have been added to the database, and all other messages have been ignored.
