Questions Menu - New question
A new question is placed on the form below the currently selected question, and having the same type as the current question. If needed, you must change the question type after the new question is created.
You may modify the question fieldname if needed. Only use alpha and numeric characters for the fieldname. Do not use spaces or underscores for fieldname.
